Order Processing
- All orders are meticulously processed within one (1) to two (2) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a subsequent notification once your order has been dispatched.

Local (Philippines):
- We offer nationwide shipping services throughout the Philippines, facilitated by our trusted courier partners.
- Metro Manila
- Total of ₱0 – ₱999, ₱50 flat rate
- Total of ₱1,500 and above - Free Shipping
- Outside Metro Manila
- Shipping fees varies on checkout
- Metro Manila
- Estimated Delivery Time: Three (3) to seven (7) business days.
International Shipping:
- We appreciate your interest in international shipping! While we currently do not offer it directly, we are actively exploring options to expand our global reach.
Shipment Tracking
- Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be provided to you via email or SMS. You can conveniently monitor the status of your delivery through the designated courier's website.
Delays & Exceptions
- Please be advised that delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Peak sale seasons or holiday rushes.
- Courier-related delays (e.g., adverse weather conditions, natural calamities).
- Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
- While we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, we commit to assisting with follow-ups and inquiries whenever possible.
Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attributed to an incorrect address or the unavailability of the recipient, the parcel will be returned to our facility. We will then promptly contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that additional fees may apply for redelivery services.
Address Changes
- Should you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within two (2) hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing phase.
