Refund policy

At Banana Sisters, customer satisfaction is our primary concern. Should you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and retained in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of the item's receipt.
  • Valid proof of purchase (e.g official receipt- Sales Invoice, or confirmation email) is required.

Items NOT eligible for return include:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise.
  • Socks, innerwear, or any hygiene-related products, due to health and safety regulations.
  • Items exhibiting damage resulting from misuse or improper handling by the customer.

 

Exchange Policy

We facilitate exchanges for size or item variations, provided the following criteria are met:

  • The desired product is currently in stock.
  • You contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the item.
  • The item fully complies with our standard return conditions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or proven to be defective upon delivery.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item:

  • Please contact us immediately within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
  • Kindly provide clear video illustrating the issue.
  • Upon review, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, inclusive of all shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and thorough inspection of your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
  • Refunds will be issued exclusively via the original payment method utilized for the purchase (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, credit card).

 

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at bananasistersstore@gmail.com, including your Sales Invoice and the reason for the return.
  • We will then provide you with the designated return address and detailed instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.

Note: Return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is necessitated by an error on our part.
