South Korean legwear company, Banana Sisters, has opened its second international flagship at SM Mall of Asia, as part of its expansion strategy in Southeast Asia.
Spanning 46sqm, the store is located on the third level of the mall’s Entertainment precinct and features around 300 sock styles, alongside branded apparel and accessories, including T-shirts, caps, and eco-friendly bags.
Banana Sisters operates several sub-brands: Banana Sisters (women), Banana Brothers (men), Biarritz (chic styles), Bitz (sports), and Banana Kids.
In addition to the retail outlet, the company plans to launch a dedicated Philippine e-commerce platform by the end of next year. The site will offer local payment options and nationwide delivery.
“The MOA store will serve as a key touchpoint for growing our presence in the region,” said Yong Ju Jung, CEO of Banana Sisters.
